About Paige

My story.

Having climbed the ladder in the corporate entertainment industry, I deeply understand the unique challenges women leaders face in the workplace - from gender bias to ‘boys clubs’ to the art of executive presence. I spent over 20 years as a film marketing leader building some of the world’s most iconic brands at Disney, DreamWorks and Universal Pictures. I loved my job for almost all of that time.

But when I was promoted to Senior Vice President, something changed. The things that used to excite and challenge me in my job were no longer part of my role. As a determined and ambitious person, I continued to work hard even though I knew deep down that I was no longer fulfilled. This led to a disastrous result: a week-long hospital stay battling a deadly infection brought on by extreme burnout.

I quit my job. And then spent months figuring out how reaching the pinnacle of my career resulted in this dangerous situation. I learned that my values were no longer aligned with my work. My energy was being drained more than replenished. I wasn’t spending time leveraging my innate strengths and interests, which included mentoring people into leadership roles. 

This is why I became a coach for women leaders. I’m passionate about helping individuals craft careers they love without enduring the drastic repercussions of my own experience. It is my mission to help individuals realize their greatest purpose, possibility, and impact without sacrificing their health, values and most meaningful relationships.
