What’s Your Word of The Year?

As we close out the first month of the new year, I am reflecting on success and what it means to me.

Every year I choose a word that guides the path to my yearly goals. I use it as a filter for how I spend my time, the people I choose to partner with, and companies with whom I consult.

For 2023, my word is INTENTIONALITY (yes, this is real word!). This intentional mindset helps me slow down and make sure what I’m doing aligns with my values and creates impact.

That means choosing carefully where I give my energy:
🔶 Collaborating with companies with inclusive, growth oriented cultures
🔷 Partnering with colleagues I respect and can learn from
🔶 Choosing clients who are leaders willing to look for their blindspots and change untrue beliefs and hard set behaviors
🔷 Prioritizing my hobbies and ‘down time’ (bass guitar - I see you there)
